How are the products powered?
The heated slippers and the projector plug into any USB port, such as a phone charger, laptop or power bank. The mug warmer plugs into a standard US wall outlet. USB wall adapters are not included.
How do I choose my slipper size?
Our slippers use Chinese sizing. Measure your foot length in centimeters and match it to the size chart on the product page. If your feet are wide, go one size up.
When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days. During the holiday season, please allow a few extra days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all US orders, and every order comes with tracking.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 5 for the best chance of Christmas delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. There's no need to send the item back.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products ship directly from our partners, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering, and if you have any questions, we're happy to help before you buy.
